Looking Back on History on a Fork

May 1, 2018 | Aurora Historical Society, Special Events

We had dinner in Luxembourg, Ireland, Germany, Romania, Mexico, Greece, Italy, Puerto Rico, and the Jewish and African American communities. We raised a glass of German Rauchbier (smoked beer) and other beers and wines at the open bar. All in downtown Aurora. Our spring 2018 fundraiser was “History on a Fork – Aurora’s Immigrant Kitchens” on Friday, April 27, 2018, at One East Benton, the former public library.

Thank you to all who were able to join us to celebrate the food that helped build Aurora for our Spring 2018 fundraiser.
